In 2013, I quit my office job to learn the art of craft bartending. One side effect of the change was that I started thinking about drinks and food. A LOT. Making drinks lead to researching and writing about them, and my current occupation was born.
See Clair Write was initially created as a catchall. Now, it’s evolved into a chronicle of everything cocktail-related, which includes most aspects of my life. I’ll be refining both my writing and bartending for the rest of my life, and I couldn’t be more excited.
As a writer, I specialize in science, drinks, music, bartending and food. But with a few days for research, I’ve also written about agriculture, advertising, geek culture, weddings, and much, much more.
